Any Gautier Studio orders are shipped from the Gautier Warehouse in NY and may take 3-7 days to process and ship.

If there are no Customs delays, shipping is usually much faster. There is no tracking after it leaves the United States. *We highly encourage our international customers to use Priority Shipping*

CUSTOMS DUTIES, TARIFFS, FEES
mo + me is not responsible for parcels that are held at customs or lost during transit. We have no control once your package is handed off to USPS. We recommend you select the USPS Priority option, this is the only way inquiries can be made and claims can be filed.
mo + me does not have control of any duties, tariffs or customs fees levied by the country your order is being shipped to. The customer is responsible for any applicable fees. We cannot advise you on the cost as these charges vary according to country. Please contact your country's Customs Office for more information.
*If you do get charged a fee by your country's Customs Office, you will have the option to refuse the package and have it returned to us rather than to pay the tax. If you do refuse the package, we will refund you for all purchases as soon as it is returned back to us - MINUS the original shipping fee from our store.
