4.3. When due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot deliver the goods ordered in the online store, we undertake to return the money paid within 5 working days.

Obligations of the buyer

5.1. The buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure provided for in these Rules.

5.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods at the time of delivery, the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods at our request.

5.3. During the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment and the product(s) with the person who delivered the shipment.

Orders and payment

6.1 In order to purchase goods or services from our online store, you will need to create an account and provide the necessary details, including the correct delivery address and payment information.

6.2 The order is considered to be concluded when you confirm the order and make the payment. We will notify you of the confirmation of the order and provide you with relevant information regarding the further process.

6.3 You can make payment using the payment methods we accept, which we provide in our online store, including but not limited to Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services. Payments are processed using the Paysera payment platform.

6.4 The order amount includes the price of the goods, delivery costs and other applicable fees. All payments must be made in the currency specified by us in our online store.

Shipping and returns

7.1 We try to ensure that the goods are delivered to the address specified by you and at the specified time. However, we are not responsible for any delay in delivery or any loss related to delivery caused by external causes beyond our control.

7.2 If you wish to return an item or request a refund, please contact us and provide the necessary information. The return procedure and conditions are specified in the return rules.

7.3 Quality goods can be returned within 14 days of their receipt. Defects of sold low-quality goods are eliminated, low-quality goods are exchanged, returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania

7.4. Returned quality goods must be in the original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, without losing the appearance of the product, in the same set.

7.5. If the returned quality goods fall under the list of non-returnable goods according to the Retail Trade Rules (eg: perfumery, cosmetic and hygiene goods whose packaging has been damaged, etc.), Our consent must be obtained.

7.6. We have the right to refuse to accept your returned goods if the return conditions have not been met. Such goods can be sent back to the Buyer after payment of the shipping costs. If the Buyer refuses to pay the shipping costs, the goods are stored for 10 working days and then destroyed.

7.7 The money paid is returned to the Buyer within 5 working days after the returned goods reach Us and the returned goods are accepted. Buyer pays shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

7.8. In case of return of defective goods, We will reimburse the shipping costs.

Prices

8.1 The prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice.

8.2 We shall not be liable to the Buyer or any third party for any change, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

8.3 Product prices are indicated in euros. VAT is not excluded because We are not a VAT payer.

8.4 Special offers, promotions, discounts and gifts are not cumulative.

8.5 Gifts cannot be returned and/or exchanged for another product or money.
