Return

Return and exchange of goods.

1. No refunds or exchanges if you purchased the following items:
   
   • toys, games;
   • books/coloring books.
     
2. In order to return another item(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by informing the Seller using the means of communication specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned item, the order number and the reasons for the return.
3. When returning goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

3.1. The returned item must be in its original, neat, unopened packaging;

3.2. The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;

3.3. The product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);

3.4. The returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;

3.5. When returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.

3.6. Return costs are paid by the Buyer.

4. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods established in Article 3.

5. When returning the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar suitable products.

6. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid will be returned to the Buyer, excluding the cost of delivery.
